Santos Ortiz, of Spanish origin, and Ioana Paunescu from Romania, started from scratch in 2011, “con palicos y canicas” as they say in the region. Their gorgeous farm is located just a few kilometers away from the historical city of Jumilla, with 35 hectares of vineyard, housing mostly native varieties like Monastrell.

The 100% Monastrell displays  black cherry color with purple violet hues. Clean, fragrant with a bouquet of spices, violets and blueberries. Smooth texture, with savory red fruits. Soft with round tannins alongside well-balanced acidity and a pure finish. 2 months oak aging prior to bottling.
