Souleil’s Grenache Noir is crafted from an organically-farmed (ECOCERT) vineyard along the Mediterranean coastline, with the goal of bringing the unique flavors of the South of France straight to your glass. Post-harvest, grapes are cooled and macerated for a short period to achieve the wine’s pale, rose petal-tinged hue. On the nose, aromas of tart citrus, grapefruit rind, and hints of jasmine lead to an expressive palate laden with flavors of white cherry, strawberry, tart red fruits, lemon zest, and crushed rocks.
