2023 Château Roubine "Hippy Rosé"

$20.50

90 Point French Rosé

Château Roubine (stream in Provençal) has been known since the beginning of the 14th century; once the estate was the property of the Order of the Templars before being ceded in 1307 to the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem. In the 15th century, Château Roubine became the preserve and pride of various great Provençal families. Today it comprises over 130 hectares, including 72 hectares of vines, and excels through an optimal combination of cutting-edge technology and the scrupulous application of the rules of sustainable agriculture.

Winemaker Valérie Rousselle is himself a hippie, bohemian, and romantic. The estate wishes to pay homage to this “peace and love” period and created this special wine in that vein.

The 2023 Hippy Rosé is vibrant and fruity (dry) made from organic plots of south-facing Grenache. It should be enjoyed on all occasions and with all types of cuisine.
