Founded in 2003, Psâgot Winery produces approximately 25 types of wine, and around 1M bottles annually, over 70% of which are exported to dozens of countries around the world, winning prestigious awards, medals and international competitions every year.

Psagot’s Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700-900 meters.

The 2023 rosé is a light salmon color. On the nose you’ll detect fragrant aromas of strawberry and strawberry shortcake. The attack is subtle, with flavors of citrus, some stone fruit, and berries, both red raspberry and strawberry. The finish is clean with medium length.

Drink as a standalone aperitif, or enjoy with lighter fare, such as grilled white fish and steamed vegetables or pasta with olive oil and garlic.
